As an employee of a location that uses Toast I’d like to say your service sucks. I cannot log into my account to check my pay every day because it keeps telling me password needs to be reset. I have reset this password a few times and it still doesn’t work. My manager has to keep sending me links to change it but it still doesn’t work. It will work maybe once before the issues arise again. Maybe do better because this is a huge problem and from what I hear I’m not the only person this happens to.

If I could give less stars I would. I will never work for a company that uses Clover POS. Today was day 1 of the new system and I have been on the phone for over 3 hours trying to fix all of their mistakes. I am unable to do any basics for my restaurant right now. I will be finding a way out of this contract and going with a much better company.
A constant runaround every time. I call in. I have been trying to change my bank account for months and it has been nothing but a bunch of BS. Now they want to charge me for the remainder of my lease and I am once again on hold while I am writing this review. So if they do not allow me to return the equipment with no charge I’m going to sue them in small claims court for the max which is $5000.
Switched to Toast. Big mistake! Toast has a lot of great things to offer and can be great but many issues. They claim they are all in one, absolutely not true at all. It’s 4 different systems that have issues communicating with itself, it’s actually ridiculous. Your terminal, Toast tab, Toast payroll, and sling. They do not work well together and I could give many examples. Contact me and I will sell you mine.
